At BUNOCHAIR, we are committed to providing high-quality wheelchairs and mobility products. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

BUNOCHAIR warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product; or
  • Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship occurring during normal use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by improper storage or transportation after delivery
  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless otherwise stated

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUNOCHAIR's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes those statutory rights.
